All our products are made after the order has been placed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

When you enter your postal code or destination country, the store will calculate the total estimated delivery time.

The estimated timeframe already includes both the production of the product and shipping to the address provided. You do not need to add any additional production time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to exceptional delays beyond Nixxi Dust’s control, such as logistical issues, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

SHIPPING WITHIN ARGENTINA

We ship through Correo Argentino and Andreani.

When you enter your postal code, the store will automatically display the options available for your location, along with the cost and total estimated delivery time. You can select your preferred option before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the information needed to track it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments are managed through Envia.com, which is integrated with our store.

The available options, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time will be calculated automatically based on the destination country and address. This information will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

The price will correspond to the selected service and the charges detailed during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Before confirming your purchase, please make sure that your name, address, postal code, city, country, and phone number are correct.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the recipient’s absence, failure to collect it, or refusal of delivery, the cost of reshipping the order will be the buyer’s responsibility.
