Exchanges and returns

We want your Nixxi Dust piece to fit as expected. Before purchasing, please carefully review the size chart available on each product page. If you have any questions, contact us before placing your order.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

You may request a size exchange within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

Exchanges can only be made for another size of the same style and color originally purchased.

To request an exchange, please contact us and provide:

• Your order number.
• The product and size received.
• The size you need.

Do not return the product before receiving our confirmation. We will send you the corresponding return label, ready to print and use.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be:

• Unused, except for a careful size fitting.
• Unwashed and free from stains, alterations, damage or odors.
• Returned with its original tags and packaging.

We recommend trying corsetry garments on over a clean, thin layer to prevent marks or direct contact.

EXCHANGE COST

For exchanges within Argentina, the total cost is:

• ARS 9,000 when processed through a shipping branch.
• ARS 14,000 when processed with home delivery.

This amount includes the return label, which we will send ready to use, and shipping for the replacement size.

These prices may be updated if the shipping carrier changes its rates.

Because our products are made after purchase, the replacement size may require a new production period.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Products purchased through promotions expressly identified as “no exchanges” cannot be exchanged.

This condition does not affect claims relating to defects, damage or incorrect orders, or any mandatory rights established by applicable law.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product with a possible manufacturing defect, damage or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs.

Once the issue has been verified, Nixxi Dust will cover 100% of the necessary costs and provide a repair, exchange or refund, as appropriate.

RETURNS

We do not provide refunds due to size, color, style or personal preference. In these cases, we offer a size exchange under the conditions described above.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

International exchanges are quoted according to the destination country and available shipping service. Return and replacement shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases involving a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order.
